Embroidery – Durable and Stylish Choice
Embroidery is one of the most valued textile decoration methods, admired for its durability, elegance, and professional appearance.
It is ideal for businesses, associations, and sports teams that want to create unique and timeless products, such as jackets, caps, beanies, bags, and workwear.
Embroidery withstands washing, wear, and the passage of time – making it an excellent choice when you want a long-lasting and high-quality finish.
Examples of Embroidered Items
Embroidery is suitable for almost all types of textiles, including:
-
Shirts and jackets
-
Caps and beanies
-
Bags and backpacks
-
Towels
-
Other garments and textiles
Order Quantities
Embroidery works well even in small quantities, but larger orders are more cost-effective, as initial setup work (digitizing, machine programming, and testing) is spread across more products.
Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery cost is composed of two parts:
1. Digitizing – preparing the embroidery file
Your logo, image, or text is converted into a format that the embroidery machine can read. This step is customized, taking into account stitch direction, density, colors, and fabric type.
2. Stitching – actual embroidery
Once digitizing is complete, the embroidery is executed on your chosen item according to the finalized file.
What is Digitizing and Why is it Important?
Digitizing is more than just a vector image – it precisely defines:
-
Stitch directions and densities
-
Colors and stitch width
-
Material-specific settings
High-quality digitizing is the key to a neat and professional result.
We do not use free software, which often produces uneven and incompatible results. Every file is carefully checked and tested by hand before production.
Digitizing Pricing:
Digitizing is a one-time fee per logo. For large orders, it is usually absorbed per item.
Example:
Digitizing €30 and 20 items → only €1.50 per item
Restart Fee for Small Orders:
If the same file is reused later for a small order (under 20 items), a €25 restart fee may apply to cover changes such as:
-
Adjusting logo size
-
Changing materials (e.g., thicker fabric requires different stitch density)

Appliqué Embroidery – Depth and Texture
Appliqué embroidery is a technique where a fabric piece is attached to a base textile and finished with decorative stitches.
This creates a layered, textured effect that adds depth and visual interest to your designs.
